CPGateway Installation Guide


Step-by-guide to install the CPGateway:
  1. After logging in and submitting the company details in the POS Docter app, an email will be sent to the registered email address.
  2. Open the email for the link and instruction document.

    1. Click on “here” for the instruction document.
    2. Click on the “link” for installer
  3. Click on the link to open the URL in the browser.

  4. Hit enter to download.
  5. In the downloads, click on more options (the three dots) and “Keep” from the options.

  6. A dialogue box will open, click on the “Keep anyway” option.

  7. Click on the folder icon

  8. In the file explorer, in downloads, right-click on the CPGateway-installer file and click on “open.”

  9. An installation pop-up will appear, Click on “Next.”

  10. Click on “Install” and then “Close.”



After the installation is complete, proceed to log into the POS Doctor app.
